Declaration on protection of data.

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to hülsta. We want you to know what data we collect and how it is used. We have taken technical and organisational steps to ensure that data protection regulations are adhered to.

Further development of our web sites and the implementation of new technologies that are designed to improve our service may result in changes to this privacy policy. We therefore recommend reading this privacy policy in regular intervals.

Data processing on the website

hülsta collects and automatically saves information in its Server Log Files, which your browser transfers to us

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the page visited before)
  • Host name of accessing PC (IP Address)
  • Time of server request.

hülsta cannot assign this data to specific individuals. A compilation of this data with other data sources is not undertaken.

Transfer of personal data to third parties.

Data which is logged during access to the hülsta websites will only be disclosed to third parties when required by law or court order or in cases when the attacks on the hülsta internet infrastructure make it necessary to forward such data for the purpose of legal action or criminal prosecution. Data will not be transmitted for other non-commercial or commercial purposes.

Use of cookies

Cookies are used on some sites. We cannot always notify you of this. Most browsers are set in such a way that they automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate this function or set your browser to only save the cookies for the duration of your respective internet session.

Links to websites of other providers

Our web pages contain links to websites of other providers. We have no control over these providers’ compliance with data protection regulations.

Use of Facebook plug-ins

Plug-ins from the facebook.com social network are used on these Internet pages and are supplied by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").

If you visit any pages on our Internet website fitted with such a plug-in, a connection is created to the Facebook servers and in the process the plug-in is presented on the Internet page by way of a message to your browser. This means that data about which of our Internet pages you have visited is transmitted to the Facebook server. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook at the same time, Facebook allocates this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the "like" button, making a comment) this information is also allocated to your Facebook account and this can only be prevented by you logging out before using the plug-in.

More information about recording and use of data by Facebook and about your corresponding rights and ways of protecting your privacy can be found in the data protection information provided by Facebook.
